What is this Flash Do-Hicky?

Basically Flash is a multi media development platform and playback infrastructure that brings immersive content delivery and effects to the internet. There isn't much that Flash can't do. It can create fancy introductions, navigation buttons, banners, slideshows, moving text, video players and pretty much anything else you can think of.
